Return Policy


What is your return policy?

Please note that we will issue refunds or replacements only in accordance with the return policy outlined below. Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 10 days. We will send an e-mail confirmation when this is complete.

Returning Prescription Items
If a product is found unsatisfactory within 1 year of receipt, unopened boxes of lenses or sterile glass vials can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges. Please note, to receive a full credit on returned product, the boxes/vials must be unopened, undamaged, and not defaced in any way.

PLEASE NOTE that as custom lenses are made to meet the specific needs of your prescription, all sales of these lenses are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please click here for a partial list of lenses that are custom made.

Returns for opened products will only be considered if you have a valid prescription for the lenses, have been previously wearing the lenses without problems, and believe that the lenses are defective in some way.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please begin by contacting Customer Care immediately. If you believe that a lens or lenses are defective, please do not dispose of any the lenses; they may have to be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. We are unable to give refunds for defective lenses in opened boxes. However, we will replace any boxes or vials that are deemed defective by the manufacturer upon return.

Return Shipping

Important note:

If you ordered from our website on or before 03/08/2011 please call Customer Care for return instructions.
For more recent orders, please follow the instructions below to obtain a return shipping label.

We recommend that you return your contact lenses to us in a well packaged box with sufficient padding on the inside to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit. Padded envelopes are not an effective way to protect your return shipment, as the boxes or vials can often be crushed during transit. If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your lenses arrive back at our distribution centre undamaged.

We'll provide free return shipping within the U.S. if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee of $3.99 will apply.

Click here to obtain a return shipping label. Our return shipping label is for the United States Postal Service (USPS) only and cannot be used with other shipping carriers.
